will represent Image Maker in the most positive manner. Written essays
help to determine the most serious and dedicated students.
All enrollment forms and Financial Aid process must be complete prior to starting class.
Former students who wish to re-enroll must request from The request will be reviewed and a decision made within 30 days of the request. Tuition and fee rates current at the time of re-enrollment will apply, plus any previous balance will be included. Students will be charged a re-enrollment fee of $100.00, an essay explaining why you want to return must be completed, and a new Enrollment Agreement must be completed and signed.
Students will come back the same status as when they left including total hours, leave of absences, Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), attendance rate, academics, etc.
